Zuri and Jane can deliver your parcels anywhere in the world, you can choose your country at the check out and the shipping cost will be charged accordingly. 

If for any reason the shipping destination you are looking for is unavailable (for instance a military base) do contact us through our contact form or by email zuriandjane@gmail.com and I can sort it out manually for you.

Shipping times can be variable depending on what goes on in our home.

 We do every single step of the work on our own while looking after the children.

During festive periods we will naturally be busier, therefore your order might take longer than usual to get packed and shipped.

If for any reason your order is in a rush, please do get in contact and we will do our best to accommodate.

France Delivery :

​

Delivery within France is free for any customer who wishes to buy for 80 pounds worth or over.

If your basket worth falls below 80 pounds, delivery will be charged as a flat rate of £5 for a Colissimo Next Day or 2 day delivery depending on where you live.

Be aware that Next Day delivery means the parcel will arrive the day after it has been shipped. Since I work alone and look after my children full time I might not be able to send your parcel the day after you placed your order. 

The average time if between 2 and 8 days to ship a parcel.

Europe Shipping :

​

Europe shipping is charged at an average of £15 per parcel.

Depending on the country where the parcel is heading the price might differ. This price is a flat rate no matter what quantity you order.

However if your parcel exceptionally big, for example longer than 1m long or 30kg heavy, we might have to charge you some extra shipping for your order.

International Shipping :

International Tracked Shipping is available at flat rate of £35 per parcel (this can vary depending on the country), it is not usually subject to any change unless your order is very very dense and/or heavy.

If your order is indeed much heavier than normal ( Block sets or heavy toys ) or needs to be packed in several parcels we might need to contact you and ask you for additional shipping. (for example if you order 2 or 3 big items like treehouses or Drei Blatter barns we will have to ask for extra shipping).

Cancellations :

Note that the cancellation of an order is subject to our approval first, any order placed needs to be approved by our team and considered carefully.

​

PRE ORDERS : As a micro business pre-orders are a way for us to have safety of the amount of stock we need when ordering from our supplier, this mean we have an agreement with the buyer that they will want this item when it arrives. If many people were to cancel their pre orders this could put our business in a difficult position, for this reason we do not accept cancellations on pre ordered items unless this is agreed with us first.
