Returns and Refunds policy
If for any reason you wish to return us your order, please see below for our returns policy.

Any parcel lost in tracked transit will be 100% refunded to the customer. This doesn't apply to untracked shipping.
If a parcel arrives but anything arrives damaged inside of it we will also refund the damaged items.

All unused products may be returned for a full refund or exchange providing ALL of the following conditions are met:
1. The returned product is received by Zuri and Jane within 14 days from the date of initial shipment.
2. Products have been unused, unwashed, and are returned in original packaging in original condition.
If the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when returning/exchanging your product:

1. Contact - zuriandjane@gmail.com to request a return/exchange, explaining the reason. Please also include your order number.

2. Once a return/exchange has been authorized, the product should be sent in its original packaging to the address listed during email correspondence, within 20 days of authorization.
We suggest using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition, we will happily process the refund/exchange and will confirm this via email.

Please note that Zuri and Jane is not responsible for transit costs for returned items - these are at the customer’s expense unless a product is faulty.

Any refund processed on orders that have been paid on Paypal will not be refunded the Paypal fee that we paid on the transaction, please make sure you are sure you do not wish to cancel your order if you pay through Paypal, if not we recommend you use another method such as card payments so you can be refunded the totality of your order if you ever wish to cancel or return it.
We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.

Cancellations :

Note that the cancellation of an order is subject to our approval, any order placed needs to be approved by our team and considered carefully.

PRE ORDERS : As a micro business pre-orders are a way for us to have safety of the amount of stock we need when ordering from our supplier, this mean we have an agreement with the buyer that they will want this item when it arrives. If many people were to cancel their pre orders this could put our business in a difficult position, for this reason we do not accept cancellations on pre ordered items.
